What we collect

When you submit the "Start free" form, we collect the restaurant or place name and a phone number. We use them for exactly one purpose: to call you back and set up your menu. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

When you later send us a menu (photos or files) to digitise, we use that material only to build your restaurant's digital menu.

Cookies

qrmenu.am sets a small number of functional cookies: qrmenu-locale remembers which language of the site you viewed, and qrmenu-locale-suggest briefly remembers whether to suggest the Armenian version. Neither identifies you personally. We do not run advertising cookies.

Analytics

We use DataFast, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views and understand which pages are useful. Phone numbers are never sent to analytics.

Data retention and deletion

Lead-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to set up and support your menu. To have your details corrected or deleted, contact us via the contact page and we will remove them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
