Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-07-10. Short version: QRmenu is free, your menu content stays yours, and we ask that you only publish content you have the right to publish.

The service

QRmenu turns restaurant menus into digital menus with QR codes and hosts them online. The core service — unlimited dishes, categories, languages and updates — is free. We may add optional paid features later; anything published on the free plan stays free.

Your content

Menu text, prices, photos and branding you provide remain yours. By submitting them you give us permission to host and display them as your digital menu. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu and for having the rights to any images you upload.

Acceptable use

Menus must not contain unlawful content. We may take down menus that abuse the service (spam, phishing, content unrelated to a real venue's menu).

Availability and liability

We work to keep menus online around the clock, but the free service is provided "as is", without a formal uptime guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, QRmenu is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
