Armenia comparison

Best QR menu platforms in Armenia in 2026: a factual comparison

A source-linked comparison of five Armenian QR menu platforms, their public prices, limits and best-fit restaurant use cases.

The best QR menu platform in Armenia depends on the restaurant. QRmenu is the clearest fit for a free first year and fast photo import; menus.am for theme choice and advanced Business tools; MIMI for a permanent 20-dish free tier; NewMenu for service actions; and QRM for a quote-led local setup.

This comparison uses information published by each provider and checked on 27 August 2026. It is written by the QRmenu team, so the methodology, sources and QRmenu limitations are stated explicitly. Prices and features can change; confirm them with the provider before buying.

How we compared QR menu platforms in Armenia

We included Armenia-focused platforms with a public website and a restaurant QR menu product. The comparison covers the price a restaurant can verify without contacting sales, menu and language limits, update tools, and the use case each public offer appears designed for.

This is a desk comparison of public product pages, not a claim that we completed a full operational test of every dashboard. Where a price or feature was unclear, the table says so instead of guessing.

  • Public price and what the entry plan includes
  • Dish, category, restaurant and language limits
  • Photo import, translation, ordering and service tools
  • Whether the provider publishes enough information to compare before a sales call

When QRmenu is the better fit

QRmenu gives each new restaurant 12 months at 0 AMD with no card and no automatic charge. The free year includes unlimited dishes, categories and updates. A restaurant can send photos of up to ten menu pages, review the extracted dishes and publish a QR menu instead of entering every item manually.

After the free year, Start is 3,900 AMD per month and Pro is 7,900 AMD per month. QRmenu is the clearest fit here when fast import, Armenian plus tourist languages, and a long no-cost launch period matter more than ordering or waiter-call functions.

Honest limitation: QRmenu currently focuses on menu presentation, translation and live updates. A restaurant that needs table ordering, payments or a waiter-call workflow should compare the higher plans of providers that publicly offer those functions.

When menus.am is the better fit

menus.am publishes the most detailed local tier comparison in this group. Starter is 4,900 AMD per month with 250 products, 10 categories, two languages and one design. Professional is 9,900 AMD with unlimited products and categories, three languages, all designs, AI descriptions and AI translation.

Business starts at 29,900 AMD and publicly lists a custom domain, multiple users, advanced analytics, custom design, ordering and waiter call. Choose it over a simpler menu-first product when those operational functions are required and the Business price fits the venue.

When MIMI is the better fit

MIMI publishes a permanent Free tier for one restaurant and up to 20 dishes. That is useful for a very small drinks list, tasting menu or venue that can stay within the limit. Start is 15,000 AMD per month for one restaurant and up to 300 dishes.

The 35,000 AMD Pro plan lists five restaurants and up to 1,000 dishes, which makes its public offer easy to evaluate for a small group. Check the live plan cards to confirm which translation, theme and analytics tools are included at the chosen level.

When NewMenu or QRM may be the better fit

NewMenu’s public pricing section lists Eco at 29,000 AMD per year for up to 200 dishes and Pro at 33,000 AMD per year with unlimited dishes, waiter call, bill request and ordering. Its hero also says the product is free forever, so ask the provider how that statement relates to the listed bundles before deciding.

QRM presents a local digital menu service, live updates, menu examples and browser access without a special guest app. We did not find a plan price on the public page reviewed. It can still be a suitable choice for a venue that prefers an assisted local setup and is willing to request a proposal.

Which QR menu should an Armenian restaurant choose?

Start with the workflow the restaurant actually needs, then compare the smallest plan that supports it. Do not pay for ordering, analytics or multiple locations if the immediate need is a readable menu with current prices. Equally, do not choose a menu-only plan if table ordering is a launch requirement.

  • Choose QRmenu for photo-to-menu setup, a full free first year and broad tourist-language support.
  • Choose menus.am when its themes or Business operations tools are decisive.
  • Choose MIMI for a permanent menu of no more than 20 dishes or its published five-restaurant Pro scope.
  • Consider NewMenu when waiter call, bill request and ordering matter, after confirming its pricing terms.
  • Consider QRM when you prefer a local quote and assisted setup over self-service price comparison.
